Our mission is to provide quality repair to restore your vehicle as close as humanly possible to its pre-loss condition. We also assist in procuring Diminished Value claims and re-repairs for our customers who may or may not have had us repair their vehicles.
Our QUALITY
We use only OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer's) parts unless otherwise requested by the owner of the vehicle, NOT the insurance company. We pay staff by the hour which means they will take the time needed to fix your vehicle properly.
All of our work is covered by our warranty as to live up to our mission.
Important Facts TO Know Before You pick a shop
1. NO Law requires you to get more than one estimate.
2. You are not obligated to use any particular shop to obtain repairs. You choose the shop and authorize the repairs.
3. If you are given a list of shops to choose from and the shop you would like to do the repairs is not one on that list, call or go by that shop and ask why. Most shops not on insurers lists have chosen NOT to participate for one reason or another and know how to deal with insurers independently.
4. A guarantee on repairs by an insurance company is only as good as the warranty given by the shop itself. Don’t be fooled.
